G Jeffrey Bohne

I married Nancy after she graduated in 1971 from Bethany. Jeff Rubin 1969 was our best man. We lived in NJ until 1993 and then moved to Amherst, MA. Went to Indiana University of PA for graduate work until draft. Enlisted in US Air Force. Worked at Prudential in Newark, NJ, Home Life Insurance in NYC, Phoenix Insurance in Greenfield, MA until retired in 2002. Then worked at University of Massachusetts in the Athletic Development Department until retirement in 2016. Working at UMass part time now.

Going to Em's for a quart of Iron City and playing "Whales and Tales" on the Banks of the Buffalo River. Finding "shorts" in ashtrays! Watching a burning plastic bag drip into a bucket of water. Seeing if chickens could fly off the balcony. Midnight runs to Wellsburg for a meatball heal and gravy fries. Getting our dates back to their dorms in time. Seeing which pledge could get a certain girls "nine hooker bra". Grape juice and grain parties. Studying for senior comprehensives. Living with a group of men, each with unique personalities. Playing poker with some of the richer brothers who were really bad at cards. Too many more to mention.
